Thyme & Sherry Spritz

A light and invigorating cocktail, our Thyme & Sherry Spritz is the perfect aperitif for Halloween drinks. It’s a wonderful combination of Sherry, Vodka and thyme complemented with a dash of lemon juice. The beautiful orange hue, gives it a fun & spooky vibe. On top of that, as it’s a homemade cocktail, you can get creative, especially with the garnish and glassware. We’d love to see how you make this delicicous imbibe, so be sure to tag us on social!

Although usually we entrust the making of quality cocktails to the professionals, this recipe will have you looking like a pro just the same. Simply because, this imbibe can be made in a matter of moments, yet stills tastes extremely delicious.

Method

Ice + Pedrino Sherry & Tonic Spritz + Vodka + Lemon Juice & Thyme Sprig

Firstly, let’s prep

To begin with all you’ll need is: a short glass, a knife and a bottle opener. Alongside this, you’ll need a chilled bottle of Pedrino Sherry & Tonic Spritz, fresh thyme, a lemon, a handful of ice (enough to fill the glass to the top), and last but not least, Vodka.

Prep’s sorted, let’s get making!

Fill the glass (or glasses) to the top with ice. Next add 25ml of Vodka. We think 25ml gives the perfect balance of flavour, however, by all means go for the double shot if you like it boozy. Squeeze in a wedge of lemon and shake (or stir) together. Following this top the glass with Pedrino Sherry & Tonic Spritz. Additionally, you can make multiple servings at once. Garnish

Lastly, garnish with fresh thyme and a lemon wedge (refer to picture).
