Sherry Mojito Spritz
The Mojito, a decadent blend of rum, fresh mint and lime. And of course sweetened with sugar! Although it’s a classic and a hugely popular cocktail, the famous drink can be quite complex to make. However, this recipe will have you breathing a sigh of relief, as you can make it in a matter of moments! Plus, you’ll enjoy the complex flavours of our sherry and tonic.
Although, usually we entrust the making of this classic cocktail to the professionals, this recipe will have you looking like the pro just the same. There’s only four simple stages to it and it’s also super easy to make, especially if you’re hosting an evening soirée.
Ice + Pedrino Sherry & Tonic Spritz + White Rum + Mint Sprig & Lime Slice

Firstly, let’s prep
To begin with all you’ll need is: a tall glass, a knife and a bottle opener. Alongside this, you’ll need a chilled bottle of Pedrino Sherry & Tonic Spritz, a fresh mint sprig, a handful of ice (enough to fill the glass to the top), and last but not least, White Rum.
Prep’s sorted, let’s get making!
Fill the glass (or glasses) to the top with ice. Next add 25ml of White Rum. We think 25ml gives the perfect balance of flavour, however, by all means go for the double if you like it a little boozy. Following this top the glass with Pedrino Sherry & Tonic Spritz. Additionally, you can make multiple servings at once. Check out the recipe below to increase servings.
Lastly, garnish with a fresh mint and 2 lime wedges.

- Short Glass

- 25 ml Rum
- 2 wedges Lime
- 1 sprig Mint
- 1 glass full Ice
