A trio of terrace-ready spritzers

We are a romantic bunch of ingredient-obsessed, innovative and passionate drinks-makers.

Our passion to create the perfect terrace-ready spritzer began whilst travelling and discovering the sun-soaked Grand Tour. Inspired by the drinks cabinets of Spain, Portugal and Italy we fell in love with the chic style of the Mediterranean’s ‘aperitif hours’.

The original is our Pedrino Sherry & Tonic. To create the perfect balance of flavours we first sourced the finest, origin-protected Sherry. We blended this classic fortified wine with our own all-natural tonic water made from citrusy botanicals and British spring water.

The first of the trio impressed cocktail drinkers with its subtle notes of stone fruits, raisins and orange blossom, along with it being a lighter drinks choice at 4% abv.

A buzz gradually started to grow as Pedrino Sherry & Tonic became more and more known, and so a couple of years (and a few very nice headlines) later we created the citrusy and refreshing Pedrino Ruby & Tonic. It was the perfect contrast in flavour offering notes of red berries, plum and bitter lemon.

Most recently, and to complete the Pedrino trio the floral Pedrino Vermouth & Tonic was introduced, it’s light, refreshing and adds the perfect sparkle, every time.

Although the lightly sparkling imbibes are made with tonic, the trio of spritzers do not have the bold flavours of the popular mixer.
