Negroni Spritz
The classic Negroni is usually made with Italian bitters, sweet vermouth, gin, and garnished with orange peel. We’ve enhanced this popular recipe by adding a subtle sparkle. It’s the perfect way to add a twist to one of the world’s most famous cocktails.
Usually we entrust the making of this imbibe to the professionals. However, this recipe will have you looking like the pro. Simply because, this recipe can be made in a matter of moments, yet stills tastes extremely delicious. There’s only four simple stages to it and it’s also super easy to make, especially if you’re hosting a dinner party..
Method
Ice + Pedrino Vermouth & Tonic Spritz + Italian Bitters + Orange Slice
(the below recipe goes into more detail)

Firstly, let’s prep
To begin with all you’ll need is: a short glass, a knife and a bottle opener. Alongside this, you’ll need a chilled bottle of Pedrino Vermouth & Tonic Spritz, a ripe orange, a handful of ice (enough to fill the glass to the top), and last but not least, Italian Bitters.
Prep’s sorted, let’s get making!
Fill the glass (or glasses) to the top with ice. Next add 25ml of Italian Bitters. We think 25ml gives the perfect balance of flavour, however, by all means go for the double shot if you like it boozy. Following this top the glass with Pedrino Vermouth & Tonic Spritz. Additionally, you can make multiple servings at once. Check out the recipe below to increase servings.
Garnish
Lastly, garnish with an orange slice (refer to picture).
And there you go, that’s how to make to Negroni Spritz. Enjoy!
