Pairing notes
To begin with, all our products pair excellently with gin. In paticular, our Pedrino Sherry & Tonic Spritz pairs especially well with London Dry Gin. Check out our pairing wheel for more notes on spirit pairings. By all means try making the cocktail with the other Pedrino flavours too. This way you’ll discover your perfect G&T spritz.

Citrus garnish
Without a doubt you’ll want a citrus garnish with this recipe. We suggest pairing an orange slice with the sherry, lemon wedge with the ruby port and grapefruit with the vermouth.

Firstly, prepare all the equiptment to make a classic G&T: a coppa glass (or wine glass), a sharp knife and a bottle opener. Alongside this, you’ll need a chilled bottle of Pedrino Spritz, citrus garnish, a handful of ice (enough to fill the glass to the top), and last but not least, Horse Guards Gin.

Let’s get making!

Fill the glass (or glasses) to the top with ice. Next add 25ml of Gin. We think 25ml gives the perfect balance of flavour, however, go for the double if you like it boozy! Following this top the glass with Pedrino and add your citrus garnish.

And that’s it. Hope you enjoy!
