Elderflower Spritz
If you’re looking for the perfect Summer BBQ cocktail, there’s no need to look any further. You’ve found it! Refresh yourself with the sweet notes of Elderflower and the gentle sparkle of our vermouth and tonic.
Generally, when hosting a BBQ top priority is that your guests are having a great time and that the food and drink tastes ace. However, this can be a task and a half especially when you only have one pair of hands! Basically, what’s great about this recipe is that it can be made in a matter of moments leaving you free to entertain and take care of the BBQ. There’s only four simple stages to it and it’s also super easy to make in bulk too.
Method
Ice + Pedrino Vermouth & Tonic Spritz + Elderflower Liqueur + Mint Sprig
(the below recipe goes into more detail)
For one thing, you’ll certainly look the pro serving this refreshing beverage, as not only does it look great, it also tastes extremely delicious as well

Firstly, let’s prep
To begin with all you’ll need is day to day kitchenware you’ll have in the kitchen: a coppa glass (wine glass works just as well) and a bottle opener. Alongside this, you’ll need a chilled bottle of Pedrino Vermouth & Tonic Spritz, a fresh sprig of mint, a handful of ice (enough to fill the glass to the top), and last but not least, Elderflower Liqueur.
That’s the prep sorted, let’s get making!
Fill the glass (or glasses) to the top with ice. Next add 25ml of Elderflower. We think 25ml gives the perfect balance of flavour, however, if you’re a big fan of Elderflower, by all means go for the double shot. Following this top the glass with Pedrino Vermouth & Tonic Spritz. Additionally, you can also make this in a jug too if it’s for more people. Check out the recipe below to increase servings.
Garnish
For the garnish pop in a fresh sprig of mint. For a graceful drinking method (so the mint sprig doesn’t poke you in the face!) you may like to use a paper straw.
And there you go, that’s how to make to Elderflower Spritz. Enjoy!
