Usually we entrust the making of quality cocktails to the professionals. However, this recipe will have you looking like a pro just the same. Simply because, this recipe can be made in a matter of moments, yet stills tastes extremely delicious. There’s only four simple stages to it and it’s also super easy to make, especially if you’re hosting a dinner party.

Method

Ice + Pedrino Ruby & Tonic Spritz + Brandy + Thyme Sprig & Lemon Slice
(the below recipe goes into more detail)

Brandy Spritz Cocktail
Firstly, let’s prep

To begin with all you’ll need is: a wine glass (or coppa glass), a knife and a bottle opener. Alongside this, you’ll need a chilled bottle of Pedrino Ruby & Tonic Spritz, a fresh thyme sprig, lemon slices, a handful of ice (enough to fill the glass to the top), and last but not least, Brandy.

Prep’s sorted, let’s get making!

Fill the glass (or glasses) to the top with ice. Next add 25ml of Brandy. Although we recommend 25ml, by all means go for the double shot if you like it boozy. Following this top the glass with Pedrino Ruby & Tonic Spritz. Additionally, you can make multiple servings at once. Check out the recipe below to increase servings.

Garnish

Lastly, garnish with an orange slice (refer to picture).

And there you go, that’s how to make to Brandy Spritz. Enjoy!
