Late Summer, early Autumn, blackberries are perfectly in season. It’s most certainly the perfect time to get creative with the classic Bramble cocktail.

Lightly sparkling, with the perfect blend of vermouth and blackberry liqueur this recipe is sure to impress at a dinner party. And although it looks professional, you can actually make this cocktail in a matter of moments. It impressively only takes four easy steps.

Ice + Pedrino Vermouth & Tonic Spritz + Blackberry Liqueur + Lemon Wedge & Blackberries
(the below recipe goes into more detail)

For one thing, you’ll definitley look the pro serving this refreshing beverage, as not only does it look great, it also tastes extremely delicious as well.

Bramble Spritz
Firstly, it’s time to prep

To begin with all you’ll need is day to day kitchenware you’ll have in the kitchen: a tall glass, knife and a bottle opener. Alongside this, you’ll need a chilled bottle of Pedrino Vermouth & Tonic Spritz, lemon wedge, freshly picked blackberries, a handful of ice (enough to fill the glass to the top), and last but not least, blackberry liqueur.

Now the prep sorted, let’s get making!

Fill the glass (or glasses) to the top with ice. Next add 25ml of Blackberry Liqueur. We think 25ml gives the perfect balance of flavour, however, if you’re a big fan of blackberries, by all means go for the double shot. Following this, top the glass with Pedrino Vermouth & Tonic Spritz. Additionally, you can also make this in a jug too if it’s for more people. Check out the recipe below to increase servings.

For the garnish slice a lemon into quarters. Next add one lemon wedge and 1 to 2 blackberries.

And there you go, that’s how to make to Bramble Spritz. Enjoy!
